Pauls is nice. Paul is friendly. Like 95% of all other realtors. Let's get down to it ... Paul said do these things, set your home for this price and it should sell in two weeks. Our home sold in a week for full price. --- Details --- 18 years ago we bought the house from Paul when he was working for Hammonds home. At the time he was friendly, helpful and good with communication.  So we looked him up when it was time to sell.  He was friendly, helpful and good with communication - and had a few more wrinkles. Paul came over and we took a walk down memory lane.  He told us we should spend about $3000 to paint.  He told us to remove stuff from the walls and as much furniture as we could but to not worry about the garage. Use it to store stuff. I wanted to put the house up at $499k.  Paul walked us through the comps and we set an ambitious $450k. I watched Zillow like a hawk and hour house was at or slightly over market. We had the house painted. He and his wife staged it and the pictures when on Zillow.  Paul told us that the closer the house was to the pictures the more likely to get an offer quick.  We were not in a hurry, but hey ... why hire a pro and not do as they tell you?  He hosted a showing for realtors and the next day we had 3 (IIRC) visits.  We faithfully would put things where they were in the Zillow pics each time we'd leave. Within a week we had an offer at full price. There were rumblings of two other offers to come, but we didn't feel a bidding war was necessary. So Paul said do X and you will get full price in a short time.  We did X. Working with Paul was such a joy. He went  above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth and effortless transaction. He helped us throughout the process even in areas where realtors typically don't  (e.g. finding great mortgage lenders etc) . Paul is in the real estate business because he enjoys helping people through the tough transitions of home ownership. Most realtor's will only go so far as to pick up a pen at closing. Long before picking up the pen at closing, Paul and Renae picked up paint brushes and shovels to get our house looking brand new. They go above and beyond. You will not feel like just another client. You will be cared for and prioritized. And, they helped us make a great profit on our home. I am super thankful that God brought Paul and Renae into our lives in order to help us transition. Paul was nothing but professional and patient. Paul is definitely an active listener. Paul does not give up till he finds what your looking for. Paul doesn't pressure you at all to buy anything. Paul definitely had our best interestat at heart. I am a United States Air Force Veteran and Police Officer. He made sure I got the best deals possible. He assisted me with asking questions that I never thought of asking a builder, which in turn got me the best deals. Paul did not just send me emails of homes he took me around to speak with different builders. He assisted me over a year in credit repair advice. If you didn't know most companies charge for credit repair advice. During all the walk throughs he was there taping along side us and making notes to bring up to the builders. I never asked him to do this. He did this all on his own. This definitely shows the level of care he has for his clients. The day of closing he was there before I was. Being military, ontime means 15 min early, he was there before I. After closing Paul took care of us by blessing us with a special gift out of the kindness of his heart. Paul was wonderful to work with from start to finish!  Paul answered all our questions and provided assistance when needed.  He and Renae provided wonderful suggestions on preparing the property for sale.  As a result, offers on our property were received the first weekend it was on the market and the property was quickly sold!
